Pacific Coast Land Design, Inc. (PCLD) has been serving the Southern California region since 1983, providing award-winning landscape architecture, urban planning, and environmental design services. We understand that no project happens in a vacuum and have spent years developing professional relationships with local agencies, engineers, architects, and other vital consultants, collaborating to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients and the communities we serve. Our studio, located in downtown Ventura, specializes in regional projects throughout Central and Southern California.

PCLD is committed to crafting meaningful landscapes across a variety of scales and environments. Our experience in working with many local jurisdictions allows us the ability to be a bridge between the municipalities and the agencies we serve, and the community we’re designing with. Working within these shared spaces, as both designers and client representatives, we create client and context specific strategies by combining our varied knowledge base, keen sense of place, and existing relationships.

Since our inception, PCLD has also recognized the importance of a strong public design process to understand and promote the humanity and cultural importance of place. We continue to strengthen our skill set as community engagement specialists, always looking for ways to bolster and improve the means and methods for engaging with communities in these ever-changing times.
